When one follows the pattern of destruction Hasad Isayas caused on the Eritrea and the Eritrean People, it gets clearer about the inferiority complex he suffers from, and he harbors deep inside his mind. This Self Inflicted Inferiority Complex that resulted in Self Hating is by his own making. Otherwise the gullible, trusting and open minded Eritrean People accepted him as one of their Kin.

He does not have a peace of mind inside his psyche, he envies the Eritrean Self confidence, and the Eritrean Openness. He tries to have those Eritrean Self confidence and openness, but he fails miserably because of Self Inflicted complexity, which resulted in hating the Eritrean people, Total Dictatorship, Total Power Grabbing, Paranoia, Operating in Secrecy, and the destruction of the Eritrean family and the destruction of Eritrea.

He does not want to see a Strong, United and Developed Eritrea in the region. His agenda is to destroy the Eritrean Will, the Eritrean Capacity, and the Eritrean Can Do.

He deliberately keeps Eritrea on War Footing all the time so that the People of Eritrea could not focus on the State Affairs of their country, on their lives, on the trajectory of their careers whether in Business, in Education, or in their profession.

He systematically weakens, and divides the Eritrean people and Eritrea.

His actions of "My way or the Highway" speak volumes:

• He kills, arrests and exiles confident Eritreans with leadership qualities and capacities.

• He systematically and deliberately drives the Dynamic Eritrean Youth out of Eritrea so that Eritrea becomes empty of its Own Youth and making Eritrea a country of Old People and eventually lead the way to fill Eritrea with Amhara, Tigray, Oromo youth.

• He systematically exiles Eritrean Professionals, drives out Eritrean Owned Companies and corporations to lead the way for Ethiopian Professionals and Corporations in the Name of Regional Economic Cooperations.

• He abolished the Eritrean parliament without consultations.

• He abolished the ratified constitution without offering any reason to the Eritrean People.

• He refused to settle the Badme issue after the 1993 referendum when cabinet members raised the issue of having Independent Eritrea with clearly defined Political and Geographical Map.

• Instead he was preaching to the Ethiopian Media about the Economical Integration and then Confederation with Ethiopia in 1992 when Woyane/TPLF was in Power.

• He collaborated with the Eritrean arch enemy Woayne/TPLF in disarming and annihilation of the OLF.
