This is just an established worldwide diplomatic practice between countries, and doesn't mean PM Abiy is crying for the Arabs.

Hmm... 
The death of any human being including animals and plants being counted together is a tragedy and needs to be stopped. But then again as long as double tongued envious and jealous evil serpent Judas like you are in existences and spreading their poisons through their back and front dirty holes I am afraid that the ugly direct and indirect counteractions will keep continuing just to give YOU the the kind of jobs and challenges which you seem to be loving too much, that is to say, victim role playing and the wish for victimizing need propaganda.
My Gurage friend, Zabarga, says, fck you so much with the very thick and very long dirty broom stick which happens to send stench and stinks from very far. I wouldn't say such things dead or alive!
If you are wishing a better world for yourself and the people you truly like, then you have to also wish a better world and better lives for others too. Else you will only keep getting what ever dirty garbage which keep spraying around day and night. BINGO!
