Following months of rumors about the possible change of Ethiopian currency banknotes, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s government announced on Monday that features of existing notes are changed. A new denomination is also introduced. However, TPLF leaders couldn't control their anger & are beating the war drums and preparing for war against enemies they say they have clearly identified - the Ethiopian government & Eritrea. TPLF doesn't have an economy supporting any conventional wars with Ethopian & Eritrea. Their desperation and recklessness will lead them to their final demise.

Thanks, brother Pushkin for the wonderful article. The simplest fact about TPLF officials in Mekele is that they are hiding in Mekelle to keep their stolen property. When the day Tigray people start to ask and demand these officials sources of wealth the covenant between Tigray people and TPLF will disappear overnight. Sooner or later TPLF officials will be chewed and rejected by every Tigray people. TPLF used to tell us that Ethiopia will disappear overnight if TPLF is not in power, psychological fear-mongering, to stay in power. TPLF is doing the same thing in Tigray. TPLF created Amhara, Afar, Eritrea as enemies to claim TPLF to be the sole interest keeper of the Tigray people. At the end of the day, TPLF will vanish but the Tigray people will end up having the short end of the stick due to the TPLF political mess.

PM Abiy's ascend to power, if anything, it has exposed the TPLF as an organized crime family who will inevitably be cannibalizing each other as an alternative to stealing and looting when their cashflow dries up in lockdown.

The Ethiopians who were calling for PM Abiy to take decisive military action against the TPLF crime family couldn't be more happier with the action he took to turn TPLF's ill-gotten wealth into ashes without spilling a single drop of Ethiopian blood.
