The fake billionaires are soon going to be a nobody. Controlling this bottomless pit of ill-gotten money will definitely herald a new day for the majority of hard working Ethiopians. The government is now said to be launching a new electronic based exchange system that enormously reduces the circulation of printed money in the economy. Despite the good intentions, I am not sure if there is the capacity or the will in the people who run the bureaucratic chains in that rotten system. But it is a great start in choking the TPLF beast.
