38 election districts for 160 parliamentary posts contested. TPLF won all districts by first past the post,coz close to 2.6 million people out of the nearly 2.7 million that voted cast their cards for TPLF- each person voting with 4 cards for TPLF, thus, TPLF got over 10 million of the cards. This led TPLF to win all the 80 % seats in contest, making it win 152 parliamentary posts out of the total 190 parliamentary seats.
You know 80%=152/190. simple math. The opposition will share the remaining 38 parliamentary seats( 38=20% of the 190 seats) proportionate to the vote count in person or in cards( person vote multiplied by 4) that they they earned. Obviously, therefore, most of these 36 seats will go for Baitona and TIP, the remaining will go for Salsay and the last few seats will go for ADP.
