ህወሓት “ጭንቅላቱ ደርቋል” – ጠቅላይ ሚኒስቴር ዶክተር አቢይ አህመድ



ህወሓት የተሰኘው የበረሃ ወንበዴዎች ስብስብ ላለፉት ሁለት ዐሥርተ ዓመታት የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ እስኪደነቁር ድረስ ሕገመንግሥት መናድ እያለ ተቃዋሚዎቹን ሁሉ ሲያሸማቅቅ እንዳልኖረ ዛሬ ያንኑ ሕገመንግሥት በመጻረር በትግራይ ሕገወጥ ምርጫ እያካሄደ ይገኛል።

ትላንት ማታ በETV በተላለፈው ቃለ ምልልስ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ ዛሬ በትግራይ የሚካሄደውን ሕገወጥ ምርጫ ከጨረቃ ቤት ሥራ ጋር እንደሚያመሳስሉት ገለጹ። ጠያቂው “በትግራይ ክልል የሚካሄደውን ክልላዊ ምርጫ እንዴት ይመለከቱታል?” ብሎ ለጠ/ሚ ዐቢይ አሕመድ ላቀረበላቸው ጥያቄ “የትግራይን (የዛሬ) ምርጫ እንደ ጨረቃ ቤት ነው የምመለከተው፤ እዚያ ያለው ኃይል ጭንቅላቱ ደርቋል፤ ኪሱ ሲደርቅ ይጠፋል። እኛ የትግራይ ሕዝብን በልማት እንደግፋለን እንጂ ጦር አናዘምተበትም” ብለዋል።

“የትግራይ ምርጫ የጨረቃ ምርጫ ነው! ኮሽ ባለ ቁጥር ይደነግጣሉ! ሲኖትራክ ሲያልፍ ዶዘር መጣ ሊያፈርሰን ነው ብለው ይፈራሉ ሕጋዊ ምርጫ አይደለም።

“የሚሊሻ ብዛት አሳሳቢ አይደለም አሁን ትግራይ የሚያስፈልጋት ጦርነት ሳይሆን ውሃ ነው፣ የህወሓት የቁራ ጩኸት አሳሳቢ አይደለም፣ እኔ ለትግራይ የፊት ማስክ እንጂ ጥይት አልክም” ብለዋል።

ሲቀጥሉም “የጨረቃ ቤት ካርታ አንደሌለው ሁሉ ይሄም ምርጫ ሕጋዊ ያልሆነ ምርጫ ቦርድ የማያውቀው ነው”። … አገራዊው ምርጫ ሲካሂድ እዚያ ያለው ቡድን ካልተሳተፈ ፓርላማ መቀመጫ አይኖረውም። ለዚህ ብለን ጦርነት አንከፍተም። ለትግራይ ሕዝብ ኮሮናን አንዲከላከል አፍ መሸፈኛን እንሰጣለን አንጂ፣ ውሃን እናስገባለን፣ እድገትን እናመጣለን እንጂ የሆኑ ቡድኖችን ለመዋጋት ጦርነት አንከፍትም ። እዛ ያለው ሀይል ጭንቅላቱ ደርቋል። ኪሱ ሲደርቅ ይጠፋል። በድሮ በሞተ ሀሳብ የሚንቀሳቀስ ነው” ብለዋል።

I would prefer to use a different word to describe what was happening among the TPLF political elites. No, their brains have not become dry, whatever that means. I do, however, believe they have never used their brains for the last thirty years. How many of the TPLF leaders read a book from covert cover within the last thirty years ? I do not bet saying there are a few.
They had not shown any intellectual curiosity to sharpen their ideas, to broaden their world view, and to grow intellectually with a world that is changing dramatically.
They “won” the war, and they convinced themselves, they had better brains than the rest of Ethiopians.
Reading is for the losers, they convinced themselves. Updating knowledge to what the current time requires is again it is for those who lost, not for the “ terrarawen yanketkete tweled, ” They therefore showered themselves with self congratulation.
In so doing they are making a serious political miscalculation.
Singling out the Amharas as the enemy of every Ethiopians as a fallback tactic is dead. To assume that will be a rallying political motivation now is insane.
Yes, there are, and will be ethnic politicians who who assume their making a living depends on their vilification of Amharas. Well, I have news for them : it is 2013.

Sometimes you have to apply Reverse Psychology to encourage your enemy make mistakes. Reverse Psychology works best on people with below average IQ like the Weyane.

For example, if holding an election in Tigray will serve your interest in banning the TPLF from Ethiopian politics altogether, thus declaring them illegal, all you have to do is make holding such elections illegal to entice the TPLF burn with resistance fervor and do the exact opposite to forfeit themselves.

The feeble TPLF thought that holding the elections was their own idea, when in fact their action was only a reaction to something they had been told to be illegal, hence worth resisting. To push them sink deeper into the swamp, they were told that there are consequences for their illegal actions, and the end result being: the creation of quarantined rebels without a cause.
