Breaking A World Record!

Post by Somaliman » 05 Sep 2020, 07:04

Four-time Olympic champion Mo Farah broke the one-hour world record on his return to the track at Friday's Diamond League meeting in Brussels.

Farah ran 21,330m, bettering the record of 21,285m set by Haile Gebrselassie in 2007.

Greetings somaliman,

Kudos to mo farah, the son of the horn of Africa.

Also according to some other news, there is another one who broke the world record along with mo in this specific turnier, namely a woman from the horn of Africa (Ethiopian) running under the banner of the Netherlands. Of course the dutch should be proud of her because she put Holland in the list of world record breakers. A dream for them which has been fulfilled.

Cheers!

Greetings to you, too!

I like when you call him "son of the horn of Africa", because I believe if we ditch our current excessive attachment to a particular group, ethnic, etc., and rather focus on the collective picture and context and trust that we're all sons and daughters of the HOA more than anything else, without doubt we can achieve remarkable progress in every aspect of life together across the HOA! But as long as we're bickering over selfish trivial matters, the Horn of Africa will be doomed to lag behind so much of the world!
