Ethiopian skilled labour force is highly sought after in Europe. Countries like UK, Germany, Sweden, France etc have good experience with health professionals from Ethiopia. Europe needs many doctors, nurses and IT-consultants. There are many posts for engineers too.
The government in Ethiopia should approach theses countries for work visa arrangements. The skilled labour market in Ethiopia is filled with many abled young men and women. It would be of great advantage to European countries and to Ethiopia to get these young men employed.
Ethiopia is a Christian country and European countries will be happy to employ Ethiopian christians, who have a high work ethic and relatively go along with europeans amicably.
