what kind of job they are going to do killing, raping, burning and looting. They are damaged beyond repair. The next step is to bring all of them who participate in those savage crimes to justice and pay for their crime and do a significant amount of community service and ask an apology from their community.
The second step should be to ban all members from any kind of membership until they finished their reform.
The third step is to re-educate them how to lead a peaceful life and as the country economy allows to give them a chance to compete with other citizens of Ethiopia for job and land.

There shouldn't be any special program to help these criminals favorably to jump-start in life even if it is the right thing to do. We have seen them how they are behaving in USA beating their citizen why because they gave them food, shelter, and education. They need to have some kind of transitional period before they are able to integrate into normal society because they are a danger to the peaceful Ethiopian. Querro is a parasite who does not want to work and can't work. They scared our way of life.

And on top of that, it is their OLF,OFECO, and TPLF duty to bring its members to civility. That is why this groups fail repeatedly they do not have an exit plan after they started. Their exit plan ends up being jail. Sadly but surely.

this is a good project and most likely will work in shoa but arsi, bale and harar are another story. they are more driven by muslim extremism and i don't think this kind of project will bear fruit there.
