Your understanding of history is very impressive. Why would any citizen of a country would want to invade part of its own country? Your TPLF hate politics has slanted your view to never see realities for what they are. Instead it is your short lasted colonial kind of misadventure that created the backlash for you now to [deleted] here day in day out. Nobody hates Tigreans but everybody hates TPLF...with so much intensity. It is the other way round. Tigreans who are god fearing and cultured people with rich history never hate anyone. They treat anyone with respect, unless attacked or provoked. No member of other ethnic group, was attacked in Tigray while in other regions including Amara several ethnic based atrocities were committed. Tens of thousands innocent Tigreans were ethnically cleansed from the Amara region a few years ago and scores were stoned to death. The Tigreans do not hate Eritreans, but despise Shabia's cowardice backstabbing act. Mengistu killed and maimed tens of thousands of Tigreans for demanding their God given rights to self-administration. They just didn't hate him but fought against him resolutely and succeeded in overthrowing him. The Tigreans never hate the Amara people, who by the way are culturally closely related to them, except their minority elites (Neftegnas) who in the past committed atrocities against the Tigreans, who currently spew hate and genocide against the Tigray people using their mouthpieces such as ESAT.
