This is the reflection of why the OLF agenda did not succeed in the first place. Killing innocent civilians because of who they are isn't something of an agenda to have followers. They got to where they are because of the appeasement of the radicals by the administration. TPLF is now battling for its life and hutu revolution is gone once and for all.
