They did not present her to the public, but they are trying to fake another alternate narrative alluding that he was killed by some one to whom the girl belonged, insinuating it is a a personal criminal matter involving some sort of money laundering and prostitution. Imagine, he is a married man with 2 kids, one of them born just 2 months ago..... look how merciless they are even after they killed him , they are trying to tell his wife that he was cheating on her, Meshrefet is really an evil person who may be terribly mentally sick.
