The Oromo people are probably the second major ethnic groups. Mixed parentage group or The Ethiopian tribe is the majority. Oromos have a good chance to lead the country by participating in the elections. Taking up arms against Ethiopia is counterproductive and should be discouraged.

Ethiopia should offer equality for all: equal job opportunities. equal development in all regions etc

Oromos are NOT fighting against Ethiopia for your information but in fact fighting on behalf of Ethiopia and Oromiyya. During the previous tyrannical dictatorial rule Ormos were fighting for their rights against the system of dictatorship in cooperation with many Ethiopian rebels of that period who were also opposing dictatorship by then.

Right now we have very good transitional government that happens to be too good to be true in some "3000 years" of Mamma Ethiopian's history. But then again even what is too good to be true might be confusing for some people who have been used to authoritarianism and the back breaking command of dictatorships in which case such people might still keep running in the circles before they come to see the light at the end of the tunnel and then shout, "EUREKA AHUN BEKA!"

Last but NOT least, please NOTE the fact that the egalitarian Oromos are the largest group in Ethiopia with the total population amounting to half of the entire Ethiopian people. Stay blessed. BINGO!
