""A Day of Decision, not a Day of Mourning
================================
This is a day of shame for Ethiopia and Ethiopians. It is a day of guilt.
The entire political class, the entire media and cultural establishment, and the entire security and military institutional edifice, of the Ethiopianist elite--all of them--stand guilty for the murder of Hacaaluu and other like-minded leaders--political, cultural, intellectual--of the Oromo nation that they stand as a proxy for.
Their felicitous calls for the assassination, and elimination otherwise, of political leaders, activists, business leaders, journalists, intellectuals, religious leaders, and cultural icons has now started to be rewarded.
This is a time for them to reckon with their guilt and the shame of preaching violence. They would do well now not to pour down pious words of sorrow at the brutal assassination of Hacaaluu. They would do well to reflect on their complicity in the murder of Hacaaluu and countless others, dead and alive, who are crucified everyday on their altars of bigotry and supremacist hatred.
For Oromo persons at home and abroad, it is a sad day. But it is not a day of mourning yet. It is, above all else, the time of decision.
This is the time of action.
This is the time people should decide to remove the regime that made it its goal to attack, kill, and destroy the Oromo people as such. It is time to act decisively to chase Bilxiginnaa from their midst.
It is time to remove Abiy Ahmed and his minions from positions of power.
It is time to take back their country.
The tragic loss of the young talented and loved singer Hacalu Hundessa will not stop with this loss alone, it will cost many more lives of the Oromos themselves and other groups in the country, the extrimists have shown now that they are blood thirsty of the Oromos themselves and the call for havoc and mayhem in the country is widespread on the social media. They are calling for not to lose any time.
This is not about the loss of just one life, no matter how a prominent and precious and loved young Oromo singer, it's an attack directed directly against Ethiopia.
Hacalu ana nyaatu!
