TPLF has its own set of sins but it can't be blamed for the sins of the Federal Government while it's been quarantined in Mekelle.
Abiy needs to come clean and allow an independent investigation into high-profile killings that are becoming a daily occurence. Otherwise, vigilante killings and reprisals will be common and will scare away the hard-won investments.
Stop using game-over'd TPLF as an excuse!
