It looks PP is trying to save itself from the anger of the Oromo people is implicitly blaming TPLF as a master mind of the killing. Dear Axumezana: What is the right path to take?

Do you have any evidence to share that TPLF & Co. is not the mastermind of the Hachallu killing or other killings? What do you think is the right path to take for every party when some groups are threatening to use or using armed violence for political purposes (e.g. TPLF & Co)? I think that the laws have to be enforced and any political or human rights grievances ought to be handled legally/peacefully; and the only armed power that is, by the Constitution, authorized to do so is the Government. So, should enforcing the law be considered as a civil war? What is the right path to take and by whom, when, and why? I look forward to your response.
