What does Abiy “ caved in” mean ? Does it mean he afraids the Almighty TPLF army so that he chose to negotiate ? Or does it mean that TPLF recently is becoming popular in Ethiopia so Abiy relented to the majority of Ethiopians’ wish ? The answer is no to both.

Abiy wouldn't waste his time trying to stop Haile from visiting Mekelle, but wouldn't allow Chinese investors, Turkish diplomats and so called federalist forces from setting their foot there. I don't expect Halafi Mengedi to understand the difference, but you do, I would say.

Abiy is now using the mediators that he didn't send to claim woyane refused to come to the table.

You kick your wife out and don't want her back.
