The individual right is the pillar of democracy as individuals no matter who they are they can get protection from the government. However, it doesn't mean they get a free pass to commit crime. If they did so then they will face the long arm of the law. Still, we have to feed them like in 1974 but we will take every criminal to justice and collect all the loots.
