Look, first off you've to specify what from the reporting has been fake news and photoshopped images. Just claiming it has been done, won't cut it. And if you happen to prove of any fake news, then you've to prove the source has been the PP or HGDEF too.

Secondly, if the movement is organic as you claim & if the grievances are genuine (which they're), then no fake news in the world will be able to stop it. And, it won't be stopped!!!

Your analogy is erroneous because Tigray is not a sovereign nation, but merely a killil. So Tigray's democratization or lack therof, must be seen in relation to the rest of Ethiopia- not in relation to Eritrea.
