This is a good step. Individuals and businesses should use the banking system to pay and transfer money. Currently even though the usage of the banking system is much better but there are still many people who are paying with a sack of cash instead of just using the bank transfer system. Everybody who wants to pay or transfer money > 1 mio. should use the banking system and not use a sack of cash. This practice need to stop and all significant transactions need to move into the banking system. This will also make it illegal money transactions harder and in the long term enable the government collect more taxes.
