]On February 28 this year, in the case ‘Nevsun Resources Ltd vs Araya’ the supreme court of Canada held that corporations may be liable for breaches of customary international law. Here, the Supreme Court held that Nevsun, a company that owns the Bisha Mining Share Company in Eritrea, was liable to its workers for breaches such as slavery, forced labour, and cruel, unusual, or degrading treatment, among other violations of human rights...

this is Good start but the best solution is for Africa nation to unit against Company like Nevsun .... for example if Nevsun Cheated or exploited Eritrean then Nevsun should be banned from working in whole Africa .. AU MUST register all company who want to work in Africa this way no foreign owned corporation can cheat Africa...

now u might tell us Nevsun might change it is name and work in Africa .. this is not possible .. because all African nation will ask Nevsun to show them work experience how in hell Nevsun will show work experience if they change their name and if they become brand new company...

many foreign owned corporation can cheat Africa...they dont pay tax, they took bank loan and run away -all those companies should not be working in Africa if they cheat one African nation to do this they should be required to get a licence from AU TO WORK IN AFRICA ..

NOW THE disadvantage of this method

do u remember A Turkish textiles manufacturing giant -- Ayka Addis Textiles and Investment Group run away without paying tax or bank loan... the truth was the local official want bribe when Ayka did not move fast enough to give them kick back money they local official trying the next best thing shake down method telling everyone Ayka didnt pay tax, and they run away with billion of loan money then why in hell u give them billion of dollar if u know their company doesnt worth that much.. Ayka was training 50,000 workers non stop.. all this was lost because of corruption ..

so to work this system registering a foreign owned corporation and make them honest .. then we African should be honest non corrupt otherwise this method will not work and it will backfire because if we prevented a foreign owned corporation working in Africa we r the lose not foreign owned corporation hence to stop corruption in Africa i have another solution that will be next time..

as i said in Ayka case not the Ayka but the Ethiopian Amhara official was the corrupted one .. they use the Addis Fortune media to shakedown any company and demand bribe if u dont give them bribe you will be the victim .. do u remember Access bank also made victim after Addis Fortune report evil news about the access real estate company kneel down by Addis Fortune and bribe seeker government official .. so if u report Access real estate or Ayka as evil company and stop Ayka from working in Burkina Faso who going to lose not Ayka but Burkina faso... for this the answer is very simple .. let individual Africa nation make the last decision

for exmple in Ayka case let Burkina Faso make the last decision to take Ayka or not but Au register Ayka and Ethiopia report tax nonpayment this way Burkina Faso will know the Ayka history in Ethiopia before they let them in.. just like old car history..
