Feeling sinister move or safety about locking you at home

It maybe naive of people or good for their safety that this could affect world societies or keep them safe from danger. Whatever it is, this would change societies forever and for rulers more benefit because they could have ample time now to structure system to create absolute authoritarianism for years to come. This virus as it has been said is man-made and it was not created just for scare tactic.
