The agreement stated clearly UN monitoring group will be stationed until UN remove them. Do not expect others are chicken and you are the loin, any Tigrayan has the right to live anywhere in Tigray Territories and Bahri Tigray belongs to all Tigrayans, no one has the absolute monopoly.

UN observers have nothing to do with the ruling. They were there as a courtesy peace keepers. In the common law tradition, the judge, the committee or whomever the ruling party decision is final. The peace keeping force was not conditional in any ruling. It was just an instrument to facilitate the transition to peace. Make that Lesson one in the English common law tradition.

Both came to the table and agreed the UN monitoring from third party country that is India soldiers to control inside Eritrea until UN remove them and both signed to go to court but Issayas abruptly kicked them out by force and the agreement to go to Algiers is null and void and everything will start from the crutch all over again either way Issayas wants, Tigray is ready to meet him and one of the divided Tigray ethnic will consolidate to unite the people, Tigray territories Bahri Tigray who ever wins.
