It is amazing to see how well-disciplined Ejolies are during discussions. They listen carefully and patiently and never interrupt the speaker until their turn comes. The speaker does not also selfishly keep on talking for longer time than needed, he/she timely passes the torch of speaking to the listener/s who want to take their turn. I think Ejolies learned this in their Gada system and Gada culture, the cantankerous cursedarterans and GudelaAmharus have a lot to learn from these disciplined children of Abagadas.
