I remember Addis Abebans were not allowed to gather in their own city because of tplf. What was amazing is that group of youths who come from North wearing shorts and green blankets took over Addis and spying for tplf in clusters, they were in every village and Addis locations. But Addis abeban youths used to be imprisoned, prevented from gathering togther and chatting, playing as normally they used to do in their own city!
