Ethiopia has the facts and the good will to be fair to all downstream countries. Ethiopia has no other interest to use Nile River (Abay )in even handed manner. Egypt on the other hand nothing except evil intention toward Ethiopia supporting instability inside the country buy funneling money etc. So now she want to use Egypt’s role as USA interest protector in the region against Ethiopia. So Ethiopia need to galvanized African countries to gain political support both in Africa and in the United Nation . Ethiopia should also invite all the other African countries who has tributary rivers to Nile. Ethiopia need to mobilize the backing of African people. That the only way Ethiopia can countrer Egypts conspiracy. Now not tomorrow. The Ethiopian foreign minister need to take the lead on this.
