brother kunta kunte, i agree in part in what you said but some oromo segments have become extremely wild and very distractive to the point if left unchecked they will drag us all into clan and civil war like somalia. they left abiy with no other opiton but to use all his means as a government to enforce law and order. they have become purely a negative and destructive force. after disintegrating ethiopia they will not stop util oromia is destroyed through clan wars. currently no other group in ethiopia is as wild and as destructive as some oromo segments. they are crying for law and order and the implementation of the state's full force. during the qerro struggle the majority ethiopians sympathized with oromos but now every ethiopian is with abiy, no sympathy with destructive wild animals.

Just imagine if the prime minister had been a Drbremarkos Gojjame, what would have been going on in some parts of Oromia now. Here is a prime minister, who was fathered by an Oromo, grew up in part of Oromia, who nevertheless had a vision and pure interest to elevate Ethiopia from the politics of division to that of unity, but the toughest opponents he is facing is from Oromia. Well, the ethnic politics pimps argue he is his mother child, meaning he works to the interest of the Menilik descendants. Does truth matter to these politicians? Of course not. They have been selling falsehoods all their adult life, and they know it. But they cannot quit. They are addicted to it.
Well, they keep appealing to the young unemployed, their creations, their “promising?” Ethiopia’s future. But they are in the very minority. Not a single Oromo politicians alive today could appeal to Ethiopians as a whole as Abiy did. As long as Oromia is part of Ethiopia no Oromo politician will become a prime minister of Ethiopia to promote the Oromos interest first. Two years ago, the Ethiopian politics have dramatically changed. Yes, you could be a Tigray president who primarily has the interest of Tigray. You can be the the president of Oromia whose primary interest is that of Oromia. You could only be a prime minister of Ethiopia if your primarily interest is that of the interest of Ethiopia. That fact might dive ethnic politics pimps crazy, but it is indisputable fact.
The ethnic politicians have two choices. One, they go forward and create their own country — good luck on that daydream. Second, they admit regional interest subordinates national interest. By the way, Ethiopians are too tired of hearing the Oromos crybabies nonstop lies.

One mistake Abiy has made so far is that he didn't publicize the crime committed by OLF shenees, this group is supported by the OLF brach that pretends to be peaceful while it uses the shenee to pressure Abiy to make him do what OLF wants to do. Had Abiy publicized the extent of violence committed by this political gang group all Oromos would have risen to squash them. given how close we are to the election the government has to handle this lawlessness now before things are going out of control. Ayatola jawar and his menonis are counting on lawlessness to succeed in what they are aiming at -- the disintegration of the country by any means necessary. Abiy should have taken firm action way back, but it is not too late.
