ኢሕአዴግ በይፋ መፍረሱን ምርጫ ቦርድ አስታወቀ።
የኢሕአዴግ ንብረት 3/4ኛው ለብልጽግና ፓርቲ ገቢ እንዲሆንም ወስኗል።የቦርዱ ዛሬ ይፋ ያደረገው ውሳኔ የሚከተለው ነው።
የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ምርጫ ቦርድ የኢትዮጵያ ህዝቦች አብዮታዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ግንባር ( ኢ.ህ.አ.ዴ.ግ) ህጋዊ ሰውነት ማጣትን በተመለከተ ውሳኔ ሰጠ

ኢህአዴግ በሊቀመንበሩ በኩል ለኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ምርጫ ቦርድ በላከው ደብዳቤ ግንባሩ መፍረሱን ለቦርዱ ያሳወቀ ሲሆን በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ህዝባዊ ወያነ ሐርነት ትግራይ (ሕወሃት) በሊቀመንበሩ በኩል በተጻፈ ደብዳቤ ግንባሩ በመፍረሱ የንብረት ክፍፍልን አስመልክቶ ቦርዱ ውሳኔ እንዲሰጥበት ጥያቄ አቅርበዋል፡፡
የግንባርን መፍረስ የመወሰን ስልጣን የቦርዱ በመሆኑ ግንባሩም ሆነ ህወሃት ግንባሩ መፍረሱን መጥቀሳቸው የማይገባ ቢሆንም ቦርዱ ሁለቱ ሊቃነመናብርት ያቀረቧቸውን የጽሁፍ ጥያቄዎ መሰረት በማድረግ ግንባሩ መፍረስ አለበት ወይ? ከፈረሰስ ውጤቱ ምን ይሆናል በሚል ቦርዱ መርምሮ ውሳኔ ሰጥቷል፡፡
በመሆኑም ቦርዱ የግንባሩ አባል ሶስት ፓርቲዎች ከግንባሩ ወጥተው አዲስ ውህድ ፓርቲ መመስረታቸውን የብልጽግና ፓርቲን አመሰራረት ከሚያሳየው መዝገብ ተረድቷል፡፡ በመሆኑም ግንባሩ በተግባር መፍረሱን ቦርዱ በሙሉ ድምጽ ወስኗል፡፡ የግንባሩ መፍረስ ተከትሎ ቦርዱ የኢህአዴግን ንብረት አስመልክቶ ውሳኔ መስጠት እንደሚያስፈልግም ተረድቷል፡፡
በመሆኑም የኢህአዴግ አባል ድርጅት የነበሩት ሶስቱ ማለትም አዴፓ ኦዴፓ እና ደኢህዴን ብልጽግና የሚባል ፓርቲ መመስረታቸው፣ በሌላ በኩል ደግሞ ህወሃት ህልውናውን ጠብቆ የቆየ ፓርቲ በመሆኑ በህጉ መሰረት በብልጽግና እና በህወሃት መካከል የኢህአዴግን ንብረት ክፍፍል ማድረግ እንደሚገባ ቦርዱ ተገንዝቧል፡፡ በመሆኑም ቦርዱ የኢህአዴግን ንብረት አስመልክቶ የሚከተሉትን ውሳኔዎች ወስኗል፡፡

1.ብልጽግና እና ህወሃት የኢህአዴግ ንብረትና ሂሳብ የሚያጣራ አጣሪ በጋራ እንዲሰይሙ

2.በኢህአዴግ ስም ያለ ማናቸውም እዳ ተጣርቶ እንዲከፈል

3.ከእዳ ክፍያ ቀሪ የሆነ ሃብት 3/4ተኛው ለብልጽግና ፓርቲ ( የሶስቱ የኢህአዴግ አባል ድርጅቶች ውህደት በመሆኑ) ¼ተኛ ደግሞ ለህወሃት ድርሻ መሆኑ ታውቆ በዚያ መሰረት ክፍፍል እንዲያጠናቅቁ

4.ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ተግባራት በህጉ መሰረት በ6 ወር ውስጥ ለቦርዱ እንዲያሳውቁ ተወስኗል፡፡ (ውሳኔው በጽሁፍ የሚደርሳቸው ይሆናል)

EFFORT is tplf mafia organization it doesn't belong to eprdf. adp and odp also has their own looter organizations. tiret i think is for adp.

Dear Za-Ilmakonun, "the Agaw king?": I doubt it, but it may depend on laws and internal EPRDF rules

EPRDF was a coalition of four organizations, and a coalition is, by definition, a temporary (not unitary or permanent union) alliance for combined action because no party by itself can do the desired function.

I don't believe each party has given all of its property to the sole ownership of EPRDF. EFFORT (though officially claimed to be the property of the people of Tigraiy) was exclusively possessed, directed and by TPLF. So, unless the country's laws and EPRDF internal rules say something different, I don't think the coalition has a share in EFFORT.

All they have got to do is: hire lawyers and public accountants and complete the divorce peacefully.

I think it is fair to request TPLF to share the properties of EFFORT to all the members of EPRDF since the majority of the wealth is expropriated from the country.

How about the share that belongs to the agar-parties? Are the somalis and the afars and the hararis and the benshanguls and the gambellans going to go empty handed ? Didn't they contribute any to the building of the curse called EPRDF? I am sure they will go to court and ask for their fair share.
