I am immortal no matter how many times Elias terminates my account I instantly make new ones I have infiltrated this ER so much he doesn’t know I have 89.99 other nicks

What Elias needs to do is to block your IP addresses, even on WI-FI - and we'll see if your 89.99 stupid nicks will work!

You haven't heard of Maxmind anonymous IP database, I guess!

As you don't seem to know it, Maxmind is one of the biggest IP address database. It finds out and locates accurately the owner of each IP address. When a user comes onto a website or forum, Maxmind API checks if that IP belongs to a data center/VPN. If it does, then it blocks the user's access. In other words, the simplest solution to block idiots like you accessing a forum on which they're banned through VPN connections is to block their frigging IP ranges associated with data centers - and Maxmind, Web Firewall, and others fill that role, no matter the quality of your VNPs!
