How can a party that is not a majority in parliament or not part of a majority coalition expects to hold a ministerial position? Where do these people get this weird idea? Nowhere on earth can this happen. TPLF don't get the rule of democracy. The vote at the end shows that perfectly: only 17 voted against the appointment. That is like 3% of the total 547 MPs.

booshtiew azzhole qomXa bantugudifecha, anchin bilo info, if you knew anything about any constitutional rule, you would have known TPLF was elected for 5 years and it is still the ruling party of Tigray and part of the elected, ruling EPRDF, that has to finish its term to be dissolved. After all, the bilgina party is a new party which is not even legally established.... there are many steps it should do to be considered a party and even if it is considered a legal party it is a brand new party and as such not elected to be a ruling party before the next election. Therefore, the only legit party in Ethiopia's government is TPLF and only TPLF, all other parties in EPRDF and even those in the Agar Kilil's had been prematurely dissolved and yet not elected to be running the government. If there was law in Ethiopia today Meshrefet and co should have been arrested and put in prison for overthrowing a legit EPRDF ran government and for replacing it with illegal government, headed by an illegal and totally new party, that has to go through many steps to even qualify to compete in the upcoming election.

I know you had no father to teach you how to not be ባለጌ and ስድ but still I will try to break it down for you. EPRDF was a coalition and not a party. It was not on the ballot paper in any region. In Tigray, TPLF was on the ballot paper not EPRDF. In Amhara it was ANDM and in Oromia it was OPDO. There was no single kilil that EPRDF was on the ballot paper. So people never voted for EPRDF, the coalition but for the parties. The parties that made the coalition can change their party name, program and also destroy and create a new coalition as LONG as their respective voters don't revoke their vote. This is exactly what the other 3 parties did. They dissolved themselves, merged in a new party and destroyed the old EPRDF coalition. The voters seem all ok with that and it is democratic. Now since there is no coalition called EPRDF but a new majority party Prosperity, it can run the government and appoint ministers as LONG as it has the majority. You have to be part of a majority coalition to be part of the government and get ministerial position. If you are not the majority government then you are in the opposition, no ministerial position, period. Welcome to 101 democracy. TPLF is out of the majority party, acts as #1 opposition and still wants to be ruling the country using the majority of others. That is not how it works.

Golden give u democracy and willing to share power with u. even so you dont deserve it.. .. they could have run the whole show....without election but they were "Godly" people they willing to share with u.. then ungrateful people u want stab them in the back....t .... in the end that 5% government power must be shared until the end of this election period


understand what a coalition government means
