The one building burned in Harar is a building owned by a certain man called Melak at a place called arategna. If Qerro stayed at home to practice its religion, there would never have been any of the violence. People have the right to protect themselves against the rowdy qerro and the fanatical errand boys.

From my point of view, Wendime Zilmalknun, no matter what happened one has no right to go onto vandalism and to destroy properties of innocent individuals. They can go on fighting against those who posed a threat to them, they have the right to shoot to kill and die. That is what you call it self-defense.

The properties vandalized are owned by people that Qerro considers "others" . You are expecting the "others' to stay put and see the OFECO qerros destroy their property and call it a day.
