This guys is talking garbage, it is not about ethnicity, it should be about a country, there should not be ethnicity, just like 14 k/hager who ever are ethnic can exercise their language, culture but with one common language! The reason is that just because you speak Amharic, Oromiffa, etc does not make you Oromo Amara as the people of Ethiopoia is 100% mixed and not pure!! Therefore when you separate creating kilil, you are dividing the same people, the same family, just like what they did to Afar people. When you create separating the same people, and when you create kilil, it means you are creating a country just like in other African country during and after colonization this means you are saying ciao ciao to your own people never to see eachother ever again. Ethnicity is false identity! Yes you have culture, you have ethnic language because you happen to live in the area that exercise that language and culture. There is a case an Amara lady I know who lived in Selale became more Oromo-than amara because she was second generation and she is the main outspoken for Oromo than Amara. The reason is she grew up exercising Oromiffa and the culture but genotypically if we say she is Amara, she no longer has emotional attachment or does not know her amara ancesters but that doesn't make her amara either even if her ancestors came from there, cneturies ago there were oromos there before most likely she had oromo blood too! When I say Oromo, in the past before kilil and years ago, people moved freely and through military etc lived anywhere within Ethiopioa. The same is true for an Oromo living in Amara region with Oromo ancestors. So in reality, we are disecting our own bodies here and there creating unecessary killils in order to open advantage for foreigners and enslavement guaranteed.
