You idiot a naturally mobile phenomenon doesn't belong to any country. Ethiopia even if it wants or is able to stop the flow of the river to its final destination, it can not do it with out drowning it's own citizens.
The lake belongs to Ethiopia, but ones it starts to be a river (overflow) it stops being an ethiopian.
As much as you want to break the natural things, you could have done it a long time ago.
The river belongs to the mediterianin ocean.
So if Ethiopia wants to make good use of the natural flow of water, it got to negotiate with the concerned countries and work out a win win scenario.

number one Nile have over 100 tributary river... u can dam each one of them

second u build checkdam which is holding the top soil and pass only the water .. instead of blue blue Nile it become white Nile.. at least we can stop our top soil going to Egypt ...
