Wedi Afom is notorious, for insulting arabs to their faces. Once in Egypt he was asked, why Eritrea allowed Israel a base in its territory & his response was & I'm paraphrasing:

"First of all, you're welcome to see for yourself if Israel has a base or not. Secondly, Israel is watching us right now, thanx to modern technology like satellites & doesn't need a base to do that. You're far behind Israel, & I suggest you spend your time to catch up to them than seeing ghosts!"
