I took my time and listened to the first part. It shows me that the level of discussion on issues of common interest is getting more matured, which is good for the country and its people at the end of the day.

The participants tried to be respectful to the others in the discussion and tried to be on a par with their discussion counterparts.

Ethiopian Constitution of 1931

Chapter I
The Ethiopian Empire and the Succession to the Throne

Art. 1. The territory of Ethiopia, in its entirety, is, from one end to the other, subject to the government of His Majesty the Emperor. All the natives of Ethiopia, subjects of the empire, form together the Ethiopian Empire.
1991 constitution reversed the above through the blood of martyrs! What should be of discussion is the migration of political power and offices away from the empire's vasasal center to the periphery and nothing more!
