Today Eskinder and his co were prohibited to perform a meeting on the formation of their party to participate in the next election; but why they were blocked to do so? This is just one features of anti-democracy. The most interesting question is who did this? Abiy or Takele goma? we know abiy is not home.

Whatever it is, all these actions are leading to conclude that Eskinder is posing to win in Addis ababa. But, somehow we suspect EZEMA’s might be involved in supporting on banning them. EZEMA seem look Eskinder’s party as danger to their existence. By the way, even if Eskinder and his supporters were banned to hold meeting, they successfully managed to establish their party on the field. Indeed Eskinder has secured point against his opponents.

The question is, will Ethiopian election board revoke their request to be a party? If they do, things will not look good. Why they will? Eskinder may will sue them in world arena. Or Eskinder will encourage the mass to elect parties like Lidetu ayelew’s, ABEN…
Now it seems the main contestant for Addis Abeba are: Eskinder’s party, EZEMA, Abiy party. I imagine that majority of Gurages will elect EZEMA. What about others? That is the real fear for EZEMA.

So who will win in the next election in Addis Ababa?

I don't think there will be election. It will be cancelled like the population census. So, Abiy will continue until America replaces him with somebody. That is the reality.
