As we speak about tplf on this subject, illegal possession of lands in Addis is going on at alarming scale by organized groups who have links with the sub-cities land adminstration and urban development bureau agents and managements. Those who previously took compensations from the government are retaking their "property" illegally and selling it at an extremely expensive value with alleged sharing arrangements with agents and managements of sub-cities land adminstration. This situation is particularly aggravated in the periphery but that are still within Addis adminstration. As a note, the language of sub-cities are now totally converted from Tigrigna to Oromgna. You can't believe that I saw a land which was illegally possessed and sold to four different people, and many other areas which are illegally fenced and some already sold. In some areas, you will also see that green areas and access roads are illegally fenced for illegal sales. No law, and kegna anarchists are allover and no one says anything. I would see all that tplf 2.0 under our eyes.
