I think the ayatola terrorist jawar is trying to escape the US govt terrorist investigation. I am sure that he might still hold other passports as many terrorists do. As to if Merera allows Jawar to join ofeco, I was still wondering why Merera was working with Gerba. The main point is not jawar joining ofeco. For me, the main point is how this fugitive terrorist will escape the criminal charges he may face some time ahead.
