People used to move around fairly freely in old days.
In my case, I was talking about the 1950s movement of people supporting unity. And that’s the case for people from Eritrea. I am not claiming of being Eritrean, I’m Ethiopian with no question.

Your second statement: "Eritrea is a region of Ethiopia," written in December 30, 2019, is obviously false. Eritrea was made a region of Etiyopiya by force of arms in 1962, and became a free nation (i.e. no more a region of Etiyopiya)---after the Eritrean people's referendum on national independence--- ever since 1993. You seem to be confusing your imagination (or desire) with reality.

Your third statement: "Ye andinet mahber degimo liquaquam yigebal." (and a unity association must be (re-)established). Unity between whom/what/which and whom/which/what is not specified. You are free to establish any organization you want and follow you dreams/imagination.

You do not specify whose families, other than yours, and from which country, "came to Addis believing that unity with Ethiopia is the right thing to do". Our families do not share your experience.
