The son of a priest, Tessema grew up in a small rural village in north-western Ethiopia. He remembers reading news of Yuri Gagarin’s launch into space in Amharic newspapers as a child.

An observatory is a facility to study astronomy. Although very important, it is not related with building, launching or running satellites. If you want to really focus on weyane contributions on satellites though, the last satellite your masters promised to build was stalled with no explanation and no mention of what happened to the funds appropriated for it. You can take 100% credit for that.

But that's what you were always experts on. Announcing projects, assigning them funds then robbing them blind.
