Hate speech and disinformation should be forbidden by law as this is has nothing to do with limiting the right of expression. Using Ethnic slurrs is not a freedom. Insulting others is not a right. The West demands uncontrolled freedom of speech to use is to stir unrest - to overthrow governments that are not in line with their policies.
