የሕግ ተማራማሪ ባልሆንም እኔ በኣንድ ሰው ደረጃ ይሁን በዘር የመኖር ( ህላዌ ) መብት the highest form of Human rights ነው ብየ ኣምናለሁ ። In that sense genocide or genocide attempt can be seen as the highest form of human rights violation.
