The same method was employed by the US administration in 1952, when Ethiopia was hired to occupy Eritrea on their behalf. Mercenary nations are always welfare states. The saddest thing in the world is not poverty or famine, it's the loss of human dignity.
Fiyameta,

What is your problem? For starters, Eritrea wasn't a nation before 1993; if anything, historically, it was part of Ethiopia. So, no Ethiopian need to be "hired" to occupy its own territory. We are not interested to get into that anymore; remember, Abiy is your friend; on the other hand, we should let your cousins Woyane deal with that on its own, as they seem to be motivated for some reason these days. :P

Be that as it may, we can't sit here and swallow your bunch of lies.

Having said that, the man who wrote Eritrean "Constitution", Dr. Bereket Habte selassie wants to see Eritrea and Ethiopia united before his death!

Check the clip below; should I say more?

In this movie scene from Django Unchained, Samuel L. Jackson (Dawi) playing the character of a house slave who treats his master's properties as his own, he is unable to understand the concept of being a Free Man when he sees one in Jamie Foxx.

Why would you be so proud about Ethiopia re making it's navy? Does it make you feel good we are going back to the good old days of the derg and haile sellasie?

Can we just finish this dam and not spend the money on the navy? Because if we finish this dam we will not go into war and will not need this navy!
