my friend was traveling from harar to diredawa today with a university car when they stopped at Adele by a querro mob.
The mob ordered the driver to drop off any Amhara passengers in the vehicle.. the driver telling them that he is escorting university guests and could not do what they asking. While they were arguing the mob saw some defense forces coming towards then dispersed.
They survived due to pure in coincidence that defense force were passing at the time. Several people perished because the state failed to deploy enough forces to protect civilians and hunt down perpetrators.
