We need to ban both evils in Ethiopia: The Amhara domination which is tribal and anti-Ethioppia and Ethnic Federalims which is a reaction to the domination of Amhara over non-Amhara Ethiopians.
The problem with Ethnic Federalism is it could be abused ethnofascists as we see it now. As long as The Amhara dominate Ethiopia, non-amhara political elites will organise and resist with all eans necessary.

The current ethnic federalism should be abolished and Amharic should be banned as a working language. We need to redefine the current Amhara Region and create new provinces for Qimant or Agew people with a say in the decision making process.

Some say Ethiopia should use only English as a working language. This could be a solution as it gives all citizens equal opportunities to succed in life.
