I am sure Dr. Abiy is playing fair. I don't know all the circumstances, but Jawar is a huge power broker with muscle. Denying him security guards, exposes him to assassination.. If Jawar is killed, civil, the chance of civil war is greater. Among the Oromo youth, Jawar could be even more popular than Abiy himself. Hence, treating Jawar with soft gloves at least in the short run is essential for the stability of the country.
