I say, PM Abey better be what he is not now. It seems to me he is a soft-spoken "ወላዋይ"፡ I believe that is the Amharic word for indecision. He should stop trying to appeasing all the people he deals with all the time. That won't happen. He should have a clear vision of his country, spell it out and stick with it come rain or shine. Also, he should have the necessary disposition to admit wrongs when he or his government commits them. Lastly, he should be held accountable for all his delivered and promised actions. One can not be expected to remain vigilant and popular when he swallows more than he could chew.
