Mahlana,

The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded as an incentive to individuals who make peace with a nation whose hand has always been extended for peace. In other words, there needs to be a peaceful partner for the Institute to bestow the prize on the leader of a country that never knew peace.

The Nobel Peace Prize institute, by awarding the prestigious prize to PM Abiy, it vindicated Eritrea as a realm of peace and, acknowledged its principled and firm stance on peaceful and legal means of conflict resolution, which has been the bedrock of Eritrean foreign policy since time immemorial. The EEBC border decision can attest to this very fact!

All your former Ethiopian rulers would have been worthy of the Nobel Peace Prize Award had they made peace with Eritrea, a country known as the oasis of peace and stability in the middle of unrelenting turmoil, for all roads to peace in the Horn of Africa run through Asmara.

In Biblical times, playing the harp musical instrument worked well for David to get rid of the evil spirit that tormented King Saul to wage unnecessary wars of destruction. In modern times, the Nobel Peace Prize is doing the trick.

Fyameta, while what you wrote is all true, I think what Mahlana is saying is that፡
፩ይ "It is unfair to award one party" while ignoring the other party in general. "ብሓደ ኢድ፡ ኣይጣቓዕንዩ"፡ ከም ዝበሃል።
፪ይ PIA, from all people, is on record for preaching (and practicing) "Peace and cooperation with all our neighbors" even when he was a guerilla fighter. So, not to take anything away from the Prime Minister, to me what the Committee did is biased and one-sided. But, although disappointed, I was not surprised considering how unfairly the Western governments have been treating us. Like Mahlana said "ሓሰውቲ"!

Temt,

Awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to an inherently peaceful and stable country like Eritrea is like giving sand to Arabs, or snow to the Eskimo; it defeats the purpose. But to give the award as a wonderful incentive for a country like Ethiopia that never knew peace, is to inspire and encourage its new leaders to join hands with Peaceful Nations like Eritrea, and make peace-building efforts for the promotion of lasting and sustainable peace.

Brother Temt,

I am very surprised that you fell into ንብዓት ሓርገጽ of the agame brother Mahlana....This agame has been trying his best to pass on the pain he suffered by the Nobel Prize of Dr. Abby to innocent people. No, Agames are the solely losers and Aboy Sebhat Negas has already said it openly!

Eritrea did not lose anything by Nobel Prize of the Honorable Prime Minister Dr. Abby. In fact, when the Noble man, Dr. Abby who worked with Eritrea for peace won the most prestigious award, Eritrea also won by implication. Eritrea has clearly been vindicated by this Prize. Let me tell you this, Clearly the biggest losers are the coward TPLF goons and low IQ dedebit cadres like agame brother Mahlana and brother Adwusha.

Let me put it in short why Dr. Abby won the Nobel Prize:

1. The Honorable Prime Minister led Ethiopian people made TPLF goons residents of Axum hotel.
2. The Nobel Prize winner Dr. Abby accepted the peace deal with Eritrea without any precondition which is 180 degrees from TPLF stand for 18 years.

In my opinion, Kicking TPLF goons from Minelik Palace and putting them in a giant prison called Mekelle is much more important than the Nobel Prize for Eritrea and the people of Eritrea. It is not even close! If I had to choose one, I would choose everything that has happened to agames and by a mile.....

Congratulations Dr. Abby and the people of Ethiopia.

Brother Hawzen,
I know what Mahlana's position on Eritrea is, which sadly puts him in the company of some Ethiopian cyber warriors who drool over Eritrean assets like there was no tomorrow. Thus I did not fell to any of his intentions. But what he posted, albeit disingenuous, was correct that the so-called Noble Peace Prize committee bypassed PIA when they shouldn't have if the "Prize" was for the person(s) who sought and achieved peace. As you know PIA lived all his adult life seeking peace, not only in theory, but he practiced it. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE for anybody, including the honorable PM of Ethiopia, to effectuate "Peace" without PIA creating a conducive peace environment. But the Oslo people purposely and wantonly chose to bypass the hard-working and honorable peaceful man because they realized he is no "Yes madam/sir" type personality to their greedy and selfish interests.

Brother Temt,

I agree 110% with every word you said, brother.

I just want to remind all my Eri-brothers and sisters that there is not any good intentions that come out from the coward TPLF goons and low IQ Woyanay Digital Warriors. They are just the worst enemy of Eritrea and the people of Eritrea.

If Dr. Abby were to declare war tomorrow or any bad thing happens to Eritrea, agame would be the happiest people to cheer 24/7. Let's remember this fact...
