All the problems you stated could be resolved if the weredas are used instead of awrajas for Zoning purposes. I am not blaming Hamassien. Actually, Hamassien has lost a lot of territories on the southern part near Deqemhare. Think about it . It is easier for the resident of adi Kuala to travel to Senafe or Tsorona, and it is easier for someone to travel from Segeneiti to Mendefera and from Deqemhare to Asmara. You can do the same thing to all of the territories you mentioned. It is all about logistics. You have this false awrajas pride that is hindering progressive change.
