When we Weyane were ruling Ethiopia democratically and constitutionally for 27 golden years, we didn't allow the Oromo Irrecha celebration to take place anywhere in the country, including in the Oromia region.

The reason behind it was, we democratic Weyane have always felt threatened by large gatherings of Oromo that could turn into mass protest against our TPLF democratic rule if not subdued quickly. That's why in 2016 our TPLF leaders sent the mighty Tigray army to Oromia to disperse the crowd gathered to celebrate Irrecha, and our TPLF leaders claimed victory when 674 Oromo were gunned down by the democratic Tigray soldiers firing at the crowd indiscriminately. That's how you protect and defend Weyane democracy! Look at our fearless Tigray soldiers facing the large crowd: NO FEAR!!!

The main reason our TPLF soldiers don't kill people at Tigray's Ashenda celebration is because we Tigray people are law abiding and democratic people.

Shooting at unarmed people is not a sign of bravery but fear. Wayanes always lived in fear esp. of the Amharas, even when they were in power.
